by TumbleWear Apparel, LLC. and may not used in any manner with out prior
written consent from an officer of TumbleWear Apparel, LLC.
Any images, references, names, biographies or other
materials submitted or provided by third parties become the property of
TumbleWear Apparel, LLC. and may not be returned or removed by TumbleWear
Apparel, LLC. Requests for materials to be returned by TumbleWear
Apparel, LLC. may be submitted in writing. Please allow 4 to 6 weeks
for review and response.
TumbleWear Apparel, LLC. utilized only the finest quality materials in
constructing its garments. As materials will vary from garment to
garment, please refer to each label for specific care instructions.

sanitary conditions of its products and materials. TumbleWear Apparel, LLC.
strongly recommends that each garment be washed thoroughly prior to use.
TumbleWear Apparel, LLC. assumes no liability for any injury incurred by the
owner or wearer.
TumbleWear Apparel, LLC., does not sell, trade, or otherwise
share your personal information, such as name, email address, physical
address, phone numbers, buying history, etc. You do not have to worry about
receiving unsolicited email from other companies or individuals as a result
of shopping at TumbleWear.com. We do, on occasion, send out an email
announcement to inform our customers of sales or events online, every one of
these emails has a link for our customers to unsubscribe from this service
and once again, none of these email addresses are shared with anyone else.
